All our goods are stored in and delivered from Warendorf, Germany.

How long does delivery take?

For deliveries in Germany:
1-3 business days
2-5 business days

Please be aware that during Corona times it can happen that an item arrives a bit delayed. Currently we are experiencing delays for orders from France and Italy.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive an email providing a tracking number and link once your order has been dispatched through DHL.

I received a defective item, what do I do?

We take extra care to make sure your product arrives in perfect condition. In rare cases it can still happen that an item got damaged during handling or shipping. If this is the case please contact us via email or WhatsApp and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.


Can I return my order?

Yes! You can return your order within 14 days starting from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be: unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Before proceeding with a return, please notify us.

Who pays for the shipping cost of the return?
The shipping costs for the return is paid by the customer.
What items can I not return?
Discounted, faultless products cannot be returned.


How can I clean my jewelry?

Remove your jewelry before exercising, washing your hands or showering. Always apply perfumes, creams and hair care products before wearing. Due to oxidation and wear, your sterling silver jewelry may tarnish over time. Regular cleanings with a dry soft cloth or polishing cloth will keep your jewelry looking like new. If the polishing cloth doesn’t remove all the tarnish, wash your jewelry in warm water with a few drops of mild dish washing liquid.

How can I find out my ring size?
Please refer to our ring size chart to find out your correct ring size.
How long does the gold plating last?
Please be aware that the gold plating of your jewelry wears out over time and can fade or flake off. It is difficult to say how long your gold plating will last as it depends on your skin and on how careful you treat your gold-plated jewelry. If the shine should wear off at some point, you can have it gold-plated again at any jeweler for little money.


Why does my bag smell a bit smoky or woody?

It is completely normal for your rattan bag to have a mild natural smoky smell.
There are two reasons why your bag may smell a bit smoky or woody.

1) The bags are made out of natural rattan. In order to receive their distinctive colour, they are put into a special oven and smoked over coconut husks. This explains the smoky smell that some bags might still have.

2) We have chosen the more environmentally friendly method of shipping via sea freight. Can you believe that your bag has crossed many oceans to get to you? If it smells a bit woody it is because it was protected by a wooden crate which was exposed to a lot of different weathers on its way to you.

What can I do, if my bag happens to smell smoky or woody?
We put a small bag of odor-absorbent natural silica in each bag in order to absorb any funny smells. If your bag still happens to smell a bit smoky or woody you can put it outside for 24 hours or spray it with any kind of fragrant smell that you like, the rattan is a very durable material and the spray will not damage it.
