Returns:

We make sure all of our products are of the highest quality and want you to be happy with your purchase!
If this should not be the case, you can return unworn/unused products within 14 business days after receipt. Please send us an email with your request in advance.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover return shipping costs.

Exchange:

Of course it can happen that for example your ring does not fit or you like something else from our store better.
You can exchange unworn/unused products within 14 business days after receipt.
Just send an email with your request to info@saya-accessories.com – we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note: Reduced, faultless goods are excluded from exchange.

Please also be aware that you are liable for the return. Pack the product carefully and insure the shipment so that your package arrives undamaged.
We recommend that you send a package with a tracking number, as we cannot accept any liability in the event that the package is lost in the post.
